What You’ll Be Doing
- Understand stakeholder needs and translate into digital solutions via Salesforce features.
- Work with stakeholders to identify, validate, and document business objectives through workshops, interviews and company research.
- Align requirements to features within the Salesforce platform
- Conduct Discovery and Design sessions with stakeholders
- Breaking down features into User Stories. Story Grooming and Writing.
- Interpret business requirements to identify technology and operational implications.
- Provide best practice knowledge on business processes
- Review, develop and execute plans to address user requirements, increase adoption and engagement on the Salesforce platform.
- Create business process flows, use cases, user stories, and test cases.
- Assist in change management activities.
We Are Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Business Analyst or Consulting role
- Minimum 5 years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Minimum 3 years focused on large technology or transformational projects involving multiple workstreams, business process re-engineering, custom development, integrations, data migrations, etc.
- Experience with agile development tools such as Copado, JIRA, etc.
- Strong consulting, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience with industry-specific or business-domain requirements and solutions
- Expert at facilitating discussions with large business and technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of the SaaS business model
- Ability to work positively with a wide range of personalities and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Expert at facilitating discussions with large business and technical audiences
- Expert at documenting business processes and requirements
- Expert with waterfall, agile, or hybrid-agile development methodologies and tools
- Expert written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
