Brief Summary of Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enabling our sales teams to operate at peak effectiveness, aligning sales processes with Copado's strategic priorities and ensuring that our frontline teams are educated, engaged, and equipped to succeed in the market.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and Implement Sales Enablement Strategies:
    • Design and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs to enhance sales team expertise and effectiveness.
    • Align enablement initiatives with company goals to drive business growth and market leadership.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring streamlined workflows, enhanced efficiency, and improved performance across all sales stages.
    • Implement and manage tools, templates, and best practices to support consistent and effective execution of the sales process.
  • Training and Development:
    • Create and deliver training programs that empower sales teams to become market experts, including product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
    • Equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to articulate Copado’s value proposition and differentiation effectively.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Work closely with Product Marketing and other subject matter experts across the business to create content that engages, educates, and excites frontline teams.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand, vision, and strategic objectives, reflecting Copado's position as the leader in DevOps for business applications and its AI-powered focus.
    • Develop and manage a repository of sales materials, such as presentations, case studies, product collateral, and battle cards, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
    • Tailor content to address specific sales needs and market opportunities, maintaining a consistent tone and messaging across all deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Partner with the Sales Operations team to ensure smooth adoption of sales enablement tools and processes.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and provide regular reports to leadership.
    • Use data insights to refine enablement strategies and continuously improve outcomes.


We Are Looking for Someone With

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales enablement programs that drive results.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience working closely with Sales Operations to optimize sales processes.
  • Demonstrated success in creating content that resonates with sales teams and drives engagement.
  • Ability to ensure content aligns with corporate branding, strategic vision, and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and CRM systems.
