Join the dynamic, global team at Copado as a Partner Marketing Manager. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in executing successful Salesforce and SI campaigns and generating pipeline through strategic partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to the VP of Alliances.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute Salesforce, ISV and GSI programs, including campaigns, playbooks, events, and other initiatives designed to drive partner opportunities at scale.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to meet defined partnership goals.
  • Spearhead the creation of customer references and case studies, enhancing SI team engagement and awareness.
  • Tailor marketing assets specifically for Salesforce, ISVs, and GSIs used to optimize impact and reach.
  • Collaborate with the Copado Alliances team to enhance brand recognition and penetrate both ISV and GSI organizations with targeted marketing efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing, alliances, and SI co-marketing processes to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain robust relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Alliances, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Training, and SI teams (Marketing and ISV).
  • Alignment with Copado Field Marketing to execute programs at scale.
  • Align activities and interests of stakeholders to boost pipeline, facilitate deal progression, and ensure Customer Success.


We Are Looking for Someone With

  • A minimum of 3 years in a Partner Marketing role with a focus on campaign-driven pipeline generation; prior experience within the Salesforce ecosystem required
  • Comprehensive understanding of the branding, organizational structure, and capabilities of SIs within the development/DevOps ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to C-level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a track record of building quick and effective internal and external relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the capacity to address business, product, and technical challenges at a high level.
  • Versatile and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, uncertain startup environment.
