Copado is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Growth Marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage, implement, and optimize our marketing tech stack; create, document, and train on marketing workflows; support marketing campaign operations; and construct detailed reports and dashboards to guide our team. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), and it will collaborate closely with our Go-to-Market Operations team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Marketing Tech Stack Management: Oversee the administration, integration, and optimization of marketing technologies including Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, 6sense, etc.
  • Process Creation and Documentation: Develop, document, and train on standard operating procedures for marketing workflows and ensure consistency across teams.
  • Campaign Operations: Help with day-to-day campaign operations, including prospect list uploads, list segmentation, and Salesforce campaign creation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Up-level our reporting by creating reports and dashboards for lead generation, opportunities, campaigns, web analytics, and ad tracking. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
  • Marketing Automation and Attribution: Implement and maintain automation processes in Pardot and across our tech stack. Oversee data flows that affect the lead and contact object and ensure marketing data is accurate. Address and clean any marketing data issues.
  • Collaboration with GTM Operations: Partner with the Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of any new functionality being released in Salesforce that affect marketing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.


We Are Looking for Someone With

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and Pardot (Account Engagement) is a must. Salesforce certifications are a significant plus.
  • Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Analytics and Diagraming: Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and using metrics to guide decision-making (GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, etc). Experience with diagraming tools like Lucid Chart or Miro.
  • Curious and Active Listening: Curious and strives to understand above all. Ability to quickly understand and process business requirements.
  • Teaching and Communication: Succinct communicator. Ability to train and present information effectively in group settings as well as 1:1.
