Brief Summary of Role

We are looking for a highly organized and driven Content Manager to support our growth marketing initiatives. This role will co-own the content management process and workflow — from planning and production to optimization and reporting. This role will be our leader to ensure that all our content is of highest quality (Useful, Interesting, Well Designed, etc) and fuels brand engagement, lead generation, SEO, and amplifies our brand across our digital channels.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Content Planning Support & Execution: Work together with Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Content to plan a content calendar that aligns with key business and marketing objectives and ensures a steady flow of high-quality content.
  • Content Process Management: Create detailed content briefs, manage deadlines, and ensure that all team members involved in content production are aligned. Work with freelance writers or external contributors as needed.
  • SEO Support: Partner with the SEO team to manage content that ranks highly on search engines and drives organic traffic. Continuously optimize existing content to improve performance.
  • Video Content Management: Manage the overall production of all types of videos (brand, demos, event, etc), working closely with the Video team to ensure these assets reflect our brand and are optimized for use across multiple platforms.
  • Social & Paid Media Distribution: Collaborate with the social & digital teams to craft distribution plans that increase content engagement and drive web traffic. 
  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track the performance of content, generating reports that provide actionable insights for optimization.


We Are Looking for Someone With

  • 3+ years of experience in content and project management, marketing, or communications.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing content strategies that drive measurable results.
  • High proficiency in creative & analytical writing, including for different content formats, with an understanding of how to adjust messaging for different platforms.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and working knowledge of keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Experience working with video editors and multimedia teams to produce engaging content.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow) and content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
