Brief Summary of the Role

As a Full Stack Salesforce Developer at Copado, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality Salesforce applications and integrations. Leveraging your expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to strict quality and security standards. Your responsibilities will include custom development, code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior developers. What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) while adhering to high coding standards and ensuring very high quality and security requirements.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems like Mulesoft, ServiceNow etc ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Developing frontend solutions built on lightning web components, web components. Angular or React knowledge is a plus.
  • Utilise Javascript / Node for backend development tasks, such as building RESTful APIs, server side logic and Copado Functions.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including Lead Engineer, Architect, Product Manager, and UI/UX team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other developers in a team environment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.


We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong focus on Apex and Lightning Web Components development.
  • Strong experience with Javascript.
  • Project experience as a node.js, python or Java developer.
  • Experience working in a team environment with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform
  • Understanding of backend cloud infrastructure like AWS or GCP.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with ISV (Independent Software Vendor) environments.
