Brief Summary of the Role

Content Creators at Copado develop engaging and informative learning modules from technical subjects for our customers to understand Copado products. We collaborate closely with other departments and subject matter experts to provide high-quality information and learning modules about our products. Therefore, we are seeking a talented and versatile Content Creator to join our Academy team. This role is crucial in creating and maintaining high-quality and engaging learning modules that effectively teach users about Copado products and features.

What You'll Be Doing

Creation of Academy learning modules for Copado products and features:

• Develop engaging, interactive e-learning modules that effectively teach users about Copado products.
• Maintain and update existing modules to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to gather and understand complex technical information, translating it into learner-friendly content.
• Contribute to the development of content creation standards and best practices for the Academy team.

Development of supplementary learning materials:

• Create supporting materials such as quizzes and other hands-on exercises to reinforce learning.
• Develop tutorial videos and video scripts.
• Design infographics and other visual aids to enhance the learning experience.

Other learning-related tasks:

• Analyze learner feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement in the modules.
• Handle Academy cases to help users with any potential problems during module completion.
• Help handling coupons creation and trial org access.

We Are Looking for Someone With

• Experience in creating technical e-learning content, preferably in the software industry.
• Bachelor's degree in writing, communications, instructional design, education, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• An excellent written English level.
• Ability to transform complex technical information into easily digestible learning content.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and different learning styles.
• Creativity in developing engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• High standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Assertiveness and proactiveness to work on the assigned projects.
• Excellent research skills.
• Strong task management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under established deadlines.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
• Adaptability to new tools and technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have

Knowledge of Salesforce, DevOps and CI/CD practices, AI technologies, and a basic technical knowledge of programming-related practices and processes.
